1. Ensure that the camera has been reset and emit a “reset complete” voice prompt.
2. Enter the phone’s WiFi settings and check if there are any “@IPC-XXXX” hotspotss. If not, or if the hotspots name is displayed in @IPC-0000 format; It indicates that there is an issue with the camera ID burning. If there is a normal hotspots name, enable the location function on the phone, go to the application settings, and enable the location permission on O-KAM to try again.
3. If the above two points are confirmed to be normal, please use another phone’s hotspots and verify if the camera can be successfully added. If it can be added via phone’s hotspots, it indicates that the camera is functioning properly. Please check router to troubleshoot the network issues.
