1. Confirm whether the camera recognizes the QR code generated by the App; Please listen to the voice prompt of the camera. If the QR code is recognized, it will make a “beep” sound.
2. If the camera does not sound “beep”, please check if the lens is obstructed and ensure that the lens is clean and free of debris.
3. Ensure that the QR code on the phone is 15-20cm away from the lens when scanning, and try multi-angles to scan the QR code.
4. You can try Hotspot Configuration.
5. If all the steps have been tried, but the camera still cannot be bound. The camera may be faulty. Please contact after-sales.
Fail to Add 4G O-KAM Pro Camera via Scanning QR Code
1. Please ensure that the camera is powered on normally and restart it.
2. Check if the 4G SIM card has sufficient data, and ensure the camera is connected to the network normally.
3. Confirm whether the camera recognizes the QR code generated by the App; Please listen to the voice prompt of the camera. If the QR code is recognized, it will make a “beep” sound.
4. If it does not sound “beep”, check if the lens is obstructed and ensure that the lens is clean and free of debris.
5. Ensure that the QR code on the phone is 15-20cm away from the lens when scanning, and try scanning the QR code from multi-angles.
