1. Please exit the App and log in again, to check whether the camera can be viewed or not.
2. Check if the App is of the latest version. If not, upgrade it to the latest version. Log out of the App and log in again before trying again.
App upgrade steps:
For Android device, on the homepage of the App, click Mine > About > Check for updates. When there is a new version, click Upgrade.
For iPhone device, go to App Store and search for O-KAM Pro to see whether there is new version.
