When a Memory card is inserted into the device, the App shows Memory card not detected.
It is recommended to remove and insert the card again. Ensure that it is inserted in the right way.
- If condition allows, remove the Memory card from the device and use a card reader to check it on a computer. Please use the Partition Assistant to check if it is working properly. If it cannot be read on the computer, it indicates that the Memory card is abnormal. Please replace the Memory card.
- Replace the Memory card. Choose a brand memory card such as SanDisk, Kingston, FAT32 format (some models also support exFAT), Class4 or above, and a maximum of 256GB.
Notes: When formatting 64G and 128G Memory cards on a computer, if there is no “FAT32” option, you need to use a third-party tool such as Partition Assistant. If there is prompt on the computer that it cannot be formatted or recognized, please use a new Memory card.
