1.Enable the notification of the App to receive notification messages normally. When downloading and logging into the App for the first time, a pop-up window will prompt to enable this permission. If it is disabled, please go to the mobile System setting > Notifications >Enable the App. You can also open the App, tap Mine > System Authority to check the Notification. See figure below.
2.Ensure that the notification permission of the App in the phone settings is enabled. Under normal conditions, when an abnormality is detected, you will receive a message in the notification bar. Whether there is a sound or vibration depends on the phone’s settings.
Notification Settings on the App:
Click Settings > Notification Settings > Push notification
3. Check if motion detection alarm settings in the App are enabled; On the homepage, click Settings > Monitoring Function > Motion Detection, to enable it or choose Motion Detection or Human Detection.
4. Ensure that the Activity Zone is not covered; On the homepage, click Settings > Monitoring Function > Motion Detection > Activity Zone, and check if it is smeared. The covered area will not be detected, so it will not trigger an alarm push.
