It is usually caused by environmental issues during installation.
1. Open O-KAM Pro, on the live preview page, click More > Night vision, and choose Black and white night vision.
2. Please review the installation precautions, follow the prompts for troubleshooting, and adjust the view angles of the camera.
(Note: There should be no reflective objects in the camera’s field of view)
3. Please check the alarm function to see if the white light is enabled.
