Please refer to the troubleshooting steps below.
1. Is the ON/OFF of Cloud storage enabled?
On the homepage of the App, click Settings > Cloud Storage > Upgrade > Cloud Storage Store and scroll down to find the ON/OFF switch of Cloud storage. Please ensure that it is enabled normally.
2.Please confirm if the time zone and time of your phone are correct.
3. Power off the camera and the connected router, and then power on again after an interval of 1-2 minutes.
4. Please check that the “motion detection” function of the camera is turned on, and all alarm related functions are turned on normally.
If you tried all the steps above but still cannot use the Cloud storage, please contact customer support with the camera UID for checking.
