Why is the O-KAM camera video red?

It may be caused by high temperature of the camera or hardware malfunction.

1. If possible, it is recommended to unplug the power supply of the camera, wait for about 30 minutes, and then power on again to see if it returns to normal.
2. If the image remains reddish after unplug, it may be due to a hardware malfunction of the camera. Contact after-sales and send to factory for repair.
