No Sound During Intercom

1. If there is no sound for the camera on the App. First enable Sound and Intercom on the live preview page, then go to More > Siren to turn on siren for testing. Confirm if the speaker and pickup of the camera are functioning properly.

2. If the siren sounds normally after it is enabled, and siren can be heard on the App. It indicates the speaker and pickup of the camera are functioning properly.

If the siren makes no sound and there is no sound on the App, there may be a hardware malfunction, Please contact after-sales.

2. If there is no sound on the App, go to the homepage, click Mine > System Authority >Access to microphone > Allowed.
