SIM Card O-KAM Camera Detection Failed

1. Check if the SIM card is inserted into the slot. Open the lid on top of the camera and check it.

2. Check if the SIM card is installed correctly.

3. Replace the SIM card to test if the camera can successfully detect the SIM card and connect to the network normally.

4. If the camera has been added to the App, you can click 4G refill on the homepage to confirm the data status.

5. If the camera cannot be added to the App, please provide customer support with the SIM card to check data or try replacing the SIM card.
