There Is No Recording When Choosing “Motion Detection Recording”.

The recording is normal when choosing 24h Recording/Manual Recording. But when set the camera on Motion Detection Recording, there is no new recording videos.

Please refer to the troubleshooting steps below.

1.Check if motion detection alarm settings on the App are enabled; On the homepage, click Settings > Monitoring Function > Motion Detection, to enable it or choose Motion Detection or Human Detection.

2. Click Settings > Monitoring Function > Detection Sensitivity, choose High.

If the above operations are performed, you can walk back and forth in the monitoring area to see if the alarm can be triggered. If there is an alarm push, wait for 1-2 minutes and then view the video playback through App > Playback > TF Card Playback.
