Please check the below points in sequence:
- Is the power supply normal? It can be determined by whether there is a reset voice prompt when resetting the camera.
- Is the network port light on? If there is no network port indicator light on the camera, you can check the router indicator light.
- Check whether the device is in the device list. If it has been successfully added before, please delete it from the list first.
- Ensure the phone and camera use the same router, and the WiFi and network cable are on the same network segment.
