Usually the noise during intercom is caused by the phone being too close to the camera. Try the troubleshooting steps below.
1. First adjust the volume of the microphone and speaker. Go to Settings > Device Settings >Device volume.
2. Test it again with the phone being 5 meters away from the camera; If there is still serious noise on the App when using the Sound and Intercom functions, it may be a hardware issue with the camera. Please contact after-sales.
